Book Review by Pamela Toyin Akinjobi

Victory at Last is a personal account of how Margaret Moni Jonathan’s healing through the grace of forgiven love. The book reflects the narrative of her sickness and miraculous recovery.
Margaret, a health care worker ministering to the needs of Alzheimer’s patients, was seriously ill with a life threatening disease of the liver. She was admitted to hospital whereupon she began to hear voices around her bed. One voice threatened death while another repeatedly warned her and revealed the person behind her illness.
The voice also warned her not to interact or make connections with that person. But Margaret disobeyed what she believed was the voice of the Lord.
Soon after her situation became worse, and at a few critical moments she thought her disobedience was so bad that nothing would help her heal. But she prayed for forgiveness and experienced two angels by her bedside. Then her healing began.
Margaret’s testimony is to encourage people all over the world that there is a God in Heaven who cares about the affairs of men, that God is real and all things are possible with Him.
Victory at Last teaches what a lot of Christians believe in, but people of other faiths will also find it quite interesting and useful. It depicts the pointless sacrifice many souls make and points their direction to only one way. Though only a slim book of 66 pages, it is unexpectedly about so much more.
