Support the Ictu march in Dublin city centre

Last update - Wednesday, November 11, 2009, 09:22 By Metro Éireann

The Migrant Rights Centre Ireland is supporting the Ictu march to protest the Government’s handing of the economic crisis, taking place this Friday 6 November at 2.30pm from Parnell Square.

An hour prior to the march at 1.30pm, community and voluntary sector organisations will gather at Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Sean McDermot Street from where we will march up to join the main group in Parnell Square.
We encourage everyone to participate in this important event. It is vital that we send a strong message to our government that there is a better way to tackle the economic crisis. Please pass this message on and actively encourage as many people as possible to come and participate.
