Homemade sweets are very special and make delightful gifts if you pack them in pretty boxes or wrap them in cellophane and tie with a ribbon. These chocolate truffles are so good – sweeten up your loved ones!
Ingredients:
6 tbsp double cream
130g dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup Nutella
1 heaped tbsp sweetened condensed milk
Cocoa powder for dusting
Makes about 30 truffles
Bring the double cream to a simmer in a heat-safe bowl over a medium heat, then place in the chopped chocolate and stir until melted.
Add the Nutella and condensed milk and mix well. Chill the mixture until firm and no longer glossy.
Roll balls of the mixture between your palms and chill them for an hour in the refrigerator before rolling them in cocoa powder. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Bring to room temperature before serving.
