Get dinner on the table in 30 minutes with this fast and easy recipe!
Ingredients:
400g rump steak, trimmed of all fat
3 tsp sugar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp tahini
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Small bunch of spring onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
100g basmati rice, to serve
Slice the meat as thinly as possible. Mix the sugar, soy sauce, tahini, garlic and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Add the beef and stir well, then crack over a good grind of black pepper.
Heat a pan until very hot with 2 tsp of vegetable oil. Sear the meat for a few minutes and then add the spring onions. Stir-fry for another minute then add the sesame seeds.
Serve with cooked basmati rice. Enjoy!
