As its final publication, Access Ireland has produced the Intercultural Mediation Training Resource: A Practical Guide and Training Manual.

The resource is a legacy of the learning from the many refugees and other members of the ethnic minority community with whom Access has worked, plus its collaboration with the HSE and the many other service providers from a wide range of backgrounds.

They have contributed to developing a body of knowledge in the discipline of intercultural mediation which it is hoped will be a valuable resource for people at all sides of the continuing journey in developing excellence in intercultural service provision: policy makers, service planners and providers, and service users alike.

Production was generously supported and funded by the HSE, the European Integration Fund and Pobal. This resource is available from the HSE Social Inclusion Unit.
